Last Sunday, February 4th, our volunteers started the first session of a two month computer skills program that we have created for the LEAD Foundation. Our volunteers from SIES College, Nerul
will be teaching children at LEAD the basics of computer knowledge; this program is to prepare the children to use computers and computer programs in their academics, as well as their future life when it comes to their jobs and homes.
The first session covered: the importance and functions of computers, general computer anatomy, keyboard practice, and an introduction to documents and files. The students quickly learned how to type their information as well as create and save documents.
